Shipping Policy

Effective: November 16, 2025

Where we deliver

We currently ship within the United States (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International delivery isn’t available yet.

Processing cadence

Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time typically begin processing the same day.

Estimated transit times (after dispatch)

  • Standard: around 4–8 business days

  • Expedited: around 3–6 business days
    These windows are estimates; weather, peak seasons, and carrier capacity may extend delivery.

Rates & promos

You’ll see all available methods and costs at checkout. Occasionally we run free-shipping promotions—details will be shown on product or cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

We email tracking when a label is created; the first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to appear. Orders with multiple items may ship separately—each box will have its own tracking number.

Address issues & returns to sender

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. If a package returns as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship it and may charge a re-delivery fee.

Loss or damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost contact support@pcbpromo.shop within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos (if damaged) so we can act quickly with the carrier.
